Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
We ship worldwide via our fulfillment partner CJDropshipping. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods (e.g. holidays).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@elevafit.com and we will investigate with our shipping partner on your behalf.
